More than half of the population is suffering from the problem of obesity. Obesity is a problem in which a person suffers from the problem of overweight or excess fat. In obese people, the fat gets accumulated in the body in different areas like arms, thighs, tummy, and butts etc. the main reasons of obesity are overeating and no physical work. Obese people suffer from many health problems such as high cholesterol level, high risk of heart attack, diabetes, lethargy, high sugar, depression, problem in moving their body, muscular pain etc. the only way to get back in shape and lose some weight is to control a lot on your eating habits, eating only 1200 calories a day and exercising for at least 2 hours everyday.
